Sunset Pointe is a master planned community designed for families and singles of all ages. Sunset Pointe features two ponds and a lake that are set up for catch and release fishing. For those who prefer to walk, there is a 2 1/2 mile walking trail around the channel and ponds. Enjoy the many types of birds and natural habitat abound in these waters as you walk or sit a while and just relax.

Sunset Pointe also features four amenity centers with a fifth potential amenity center in a future phase of development. The largest of the amenity centers is located on Dawn Mist Drive and features 2 basketball courts, a roller rink, soccer field, softball field, a gazebo, barbecue grills, picnic tables, a lap pool, kiddie pool and water park and a playground. The second amenity center is located on Bahia Rio Drive and features a lap pool and playground for the little ones. The third amenity center located on Leisure Lane features a lap pool, playground, picnic tables and grills. The newest addition is on Sea Brook Dr. with a pool, kiddie pool, playground and picnic area.

Sunset Pointe residents and their children have access within the community to three schools, two in the Little Elm ISD and one in the Frisco ISD. Lakeview Elementary and Little Elm High School fall within the Little Elm ISD and Robertson Elementary is in the Frisco ISD with other schools for various ages located in close proximity to Sunset Pointe. Homeowners also have ready access to the community manager's office on site located at 2300 Dawn Mist Drive.
